PHBus.com is an online ticket order portal that offers customer a unique platform to place a purchase order for bus tickets from a single website.
PHBus offers the following 3P services:
"PABOOK" - customer places their ticket orders via our website.
"PAPURCHASE" - customer subscribes to our service and asks PHBUS to purchase the tickets on their behalf.
"PADELIVER" - PHBUS sends the tickets to your designated delivery address.
PHBUS is only travel service agent provider. We are not connected with any bus operator and does not operate bus services of its own.
The timings mentioned on the site are as per the information conveyed by the bus operator. PHBus.com assumes no liability in case of these timings being changed and hence requests the user to confirm them with the bus operator.
PHBus may add, delete or update this page from time to time, entirely at its sole discretion.
You are kindly requested to book your tickets well in advance. A reservation by phone is not possible, only the ticket which you actually bought guarantees a seat. However, we recommend you to buy the ticket 6 days in advance. At some holidays, like Easter, Christmas and New Year etc., the days and times of departure may deviate. Many lines are fully booked even several days prior to the departure, therefore please book well in advance.
Ticket Price and Service Fee:
The price of the bus ticket is the same as you would get from the bus operator too. For online bookings, we charge a fixed P49.00 service fee per transaction (regardless of number of tickets) whereas, if you want tickets home delivered, we charge P99.00 (inclusive of service charge) per delivery (Metro Manila only) via XEND Delivery Express.
Instructions will be provided during checkout process and will be sent to designated email address including the total amount due. NOTE: Please wait for the SMS/EMAIL notification before making the payment.
Customer will receive an email from PHBUS.com for the payment instructions and total amount to be paid. As soon as your payment has been posted, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you specified as your email address. and instructions on how to get your tickets.
Ticket Home Delivery (7 days in advance before departure):
You can order a home delivery online (except for same day travel). We have home delivery as a ticket method option on the checkout page. You can leave your delivery preferences there. We will notify you via SMS to confirm the details you have provided us and have it home delivered at a time most convenient to you.
Ticket Courtesy Hold (before boarding):
PHBUS Travel Agent will meet you at the terminal for your boarding tickets. (except SUNDAYS)
Please arrive no later than 1 hour before departure time.
Ticket Pick-up at our outlet (scheduled):
On most carriers it is not possible to reserve a seat. The seats are assigned chronologically as the tickets are bought or booked.
Cancellation/Alteration of Booking:
The various carriers have their own terms and conditions conditions for booking alteration, cancellation and refund. Please refer to carrier’s terms and conditions for complete details. The service charges or the home delivery charges, will not be refunded in the event of ticket cancellation.
Loss of Ticket:
Please keep your ticket in a safe place all the time, because lost or stolen tickets generally cannot be replaced. You would have to buy another ticket at full price.
